According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Utah was 4.6% (sa) in December, 2012. Among all Utah counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Wayne (14.4%), Garfield (12.9%), and Grand (11.6%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Cache (3.4%), Summit (3.5%), and Uintah (3.8%).
