According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Vermont was 3.8% (sa) in July, 2006. Among all Vermont counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Orleans (4.4%), Grand Isle (4.2%), and Rutland (4.1%).
