According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Vermont was 5.9% (sa) in February, 2011. Among all Vermont counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Orleans (10.7%), Essex (10.1%), and Grand Isle (8.7%).
