According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Vermont was 3.1% (sa) in July, 2016. Among all Vermont counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Essex (4.5%), Orleans (4.3%), and Caledonia (3.8%).
