According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Washington was 8.4% (sa) in August, 2012. Among all Washington counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Ferry (14.7%), Wahkiakum (13.2%), and Grays Harbor (12.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): San Juan (5.1%), Garfield (6.6%), and Lincoln (6.7%).
