According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Washington was 6.7% (sa) in February, 2013. Among all Washington counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Ferry (16.2%), Pend Oreille (14.6%), and Wahkiakum (14.1%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): King (4.1%), Snohomish (4.7%), and Whitman (6.2%).
