According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Washington was 4.8% (sa) in January, 2017. Among all Washington counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Ferry (12.1%), Yakima (10.9%), and Adams (10.3%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): King (3.8%), Snohomish (4.2%), and Whitman (5%).
