According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of the US was 7.6% (sa) in April, 2013. Among all US states and DC, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates: Nevada (10.4%), Rhode Island (9.5%), and California (9.3%).
On the hand, the following three states were among those with low unemployment rates: North Dakota (2.9%), South Dakota (3.8%), and Nebraska (3.8%).
