According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of the US was 4.2% (sa) in November, 2017. Among all US states and DC, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates: Alaska (6.5%), District of Columbia (5.9%), and New Mexico (5.5%).
On the hand, the following three states were among those with low unemployment rates: Hawaii (1.9%), North Dakota (2.6%), and New Hampshire (2.8%).
