According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of the US was 6.1% (sa) in March, 2021. Among all US states and DC, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates: California (8.4%), Hawaii (8.4%), and New York (8.1%).
On the hand, the following three states were among those with low unemployment rates: South Dakota (2.8%), Nebraska (2.9%), and Utah (3.1%).
