We took a look at the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on US states using data from Johns Hopkins University, and New York Times. The chart below shows trendlines for confirmed cases and deaths by the number of days since the first confirmed case.

Summary of COVID-19 Cases in the United States


Most of the states are grayed out. You can add a state to get it colored, you can remove any of the colored states, and you can choose to see only selected states as well. We also have a table of the data below. You can use the table to filter, sort, and explore the data further.

Note: We update this data daily based on new data from Johns Hopkins University. Currently, we update this data once every morning EST time. As such, these results, mostly reflects updates at the close of the previous day.
