US Number of Total Arrests By Population Group for Gambling Offenses in 2020

According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 1,191 total arrests made in the US for gambling offenses. There were 861 total arrests made in All Cities; 273 total arrests made in Metropolitan Counties; 57 total arrests made in Nonmetropolitan Counties; and 359 total arrests made in Suburban Areas.

In terms of rate of arrests per 100K inhabitants, Group II - Cities had the highest (0.9), followed by Group I - Cities (0.7), and Group III - Cities (0.6).

  5. Group V - Cities: Cities with a population of 10,000 to 24,999.
