US Number of Total Arrests By Population Group for Vandalism Offenses in 2020

According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 121,403 total arrests made in the US for vandalism offenses. There were 96,164 total arrests made in All Cities; 19,020 total arrests made in Metropolitan Counties; 6,219 total arrests made in Nonmetropolitan Counties; and 39,983 total arrests made in Suburban Areas.

In terms of rate of arrests per 100K inhabitants, Group VI - Cities had the highest (70.9), followed by Group I - Cities (61.8), and Total Cities (60.2).

  5. Group V - Cities: Cities with a population of 10,000 to 24,999.
