US Number of Total Arrests By Population Group for Offenses Against The Family And Children Offenses in 2022
According to the FBI UCR data, in 2022, there were 38,065 total arrests made in the US for offenses against the family and children offenses. There were 23,991 total arrests made in All Cities; 9,335 total arrests made in Metropolitan Counties; 4,739 total arrests made in Nonmetropolitan Counties; and 15,972 total arrests made in Suburban Areas.
In terms of rate of arrests per 100K inhabitants, Group VI - Cities had the highest (22.2), followed by Nonmetropolitan Counties (21.6), and Group IV - Cities (16.3).
