Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen population for Idaho was 1,466,725 and represented 96.07% of the total Idaho population.

Among all Idaho counties, Ada had the highest citizen population (367.79K), followed by Canyon (170.13K), and Kootenai (133.29K).
