Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Utah was 1,222,435 and represented 48.70% of the total Utah citizen population.

Among all Utah counties, Salt Lake had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (9.95K), followed by Davis (3.30K), and Weber (2.82K).
