Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen voting-age population for Utah was 1,696,060 and represented 63.83% of the total Utah population.

Among all Utah counties, Salt Lake had the highest citizen voting-age population (639.42K), followed by Utah (296.12K), and Davis (186.83K).

In terms of percentages, Daggett had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (80.36%), followed by Kane (76.58%), and Grand (73.07%).
