Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen voting-age population for Wisconsin was 4,160,995 and represented 73.80% of the total Wisconsin population.

Among all Wisconsin counties, Milwaukee had the highest citizen voting-age population (657.93K), followed by Dane (353.39K), and Waukesha (284.38K).

In terms of percentages, Iron had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.13%), followed by Vilas (81.38%), and Adams (81.35%).
