Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Michigan was 40,840 and represented 0.56% of the total Michigan citizen voting-age population.

Among all Michigan counties, Wayne had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (39.35K), followed by Kent (17.84K), and Oakland (17.38K).

In terms of percentages, Saginaw had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (5.94%), followed by Lenawee (5.23%), and Ottawa (4.95%).
