Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Alaska was 875,795 and represented 181.30% of the total Alaska citizen voting-age population.

Among all Alaska counties, Anchorage had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (10.22K), followed by Fairbanks North Star (2.78K), and Matanuska-Susitna (620).

In terms of percentages, Aleutians East had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (7.05%), followed by Aleutians West (5.86%), and Anchorage (5.14%).
