Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 875,795 and represented 44.02% of the total Kansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (28.23K), followed by Wyandotte (27.62K), and Johnson (12.61K).

In terms of percentages, Wyandotte had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (28.82%), followed by Geary (18.92%), and Leavenworth (9.41%).
