Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Louisiana was 875,795 and represented 27.02% of the total Louisiana citizen voting-age population.

Among all Louisiana counties, East Baton Rouge had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (135.00K), followed by Orleans (128.35K), and Caddo (82.73K).

In terms of percentages, East Carroll had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (67.61%), followed by Madison (57.69%), and Orleans (57.68%).
