Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Michigan was 875,795 and represented 12.05% of the total Michigan citizen voting-age population.

Among all Michigan counties, Wayne had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (539.52K), followed by Oakland (109.89K), and Genesee (59.73K).

In terms of percentages, Wayne had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (40.96%), followed by Genesee (18.81%), and Saginaw (17.14%).
