Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Wisconsin was 875,795 and represented 21.05% of the total Wisconsin citizen voting-age population.

Among all Wisconsin counties, Milwaukee had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (159.00K), followed by Racine (14.01K), and Dane (13.71K).
