Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 2,494,380 and represented 112.22% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (262.70K), followed by Linn (143.82K), and Scott (105.68K).

In terms of percentages, Davis had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.68%), followed by Greene (99.44%), and Palo Alto (99.32%).
