Florida Citizen Population By Race and Ethnicity in 2011 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Florida citizen population was 16.82M. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen population (10.67M) and constituted 63.42% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the second highest citizen population (2.97M) and constituted 17.65% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the third highest (2.58M), constituting 15.32% of the total citizen population.
