Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Maine was 3,183,505 and represented 243.14% of the total Maine citizen population.

Among all Maine counties, Cumberland had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (256.38K), followed by York (187.65K), and Penobscot (144.22K).
