Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the citizen voting-age population for Wisconsin was 4,189,215 and represented 73.95% of the total Wisconsin population.

Among all Wisconsin counties, Milwaukee had the highest citizen voting-age population (660.53K), followed by Dane (357.97K), and Waukesha (287.11K).

In terms of percentages, Iron had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.45%), followed by Vilas (81.58%), and Adams (81.53%).
