Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Oregon citizen voting-age population was 2.73M. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (2.38M) and constituted 87.42% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (133.39K) and constituted 4.89% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Asian Alone ethnicity group had the third highest (72.72K), constituting 2.67% of the total citizen voting-age population.
