Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Alaska was 889,640 and represented 180.19% of the total Alaska citizen voting-age population.

Among all Alaska counties, Anchorage had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (10.56K), followed by Fairbanks North Star (2.90K), and Matanuska-Susitna (605).

In terms of percentages, Aleutians West had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.06%), followed by Aleutians East (5.65%), and Anchorage (5.22%).
