Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 889,640 and represented 32.62% of the total Oregon citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (26.86K), followed by Washington (5.01K), and Lane (2.33K).
