Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Wisconsin was 889,640 and represented 21.24% of the total Wisconsin citizen voting-age population.

Among all Wisconsin counties, Milwaukee had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (160.95K), followed by Dane (14.57K), and Racine (14.13K).

In terms of percentages, Milwaukee had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (24.37%), followed by Racine (10.01%), and Kenosha (5.82%).
