Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for California was 2,506,185 and represented 11.05% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (2.19M), followed by San Diego (1.21M), and Orange (1.07M).

In terms of percentages, Sierra had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (94.82%), followed by Nevada (90.81%), and Plumas (89.76%).
