Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 2,506,185 and represented 65.65% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (672.20K), followed by Ramsey (284.38K), and Dakota (248.13K).

In terms of percentages, Fillmore had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.89%), followed by Big Stone (98.68%), and Lac qui Parle (98.42%).
