Among all Louisiana counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (23.77K), followed by Orleans (9.01K), and East Baton Rouge (7.24K).

In terms of percentages, St. Bernard had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (8.19%), followed by Jefferson (7.61%), and Vernon (6.10%).
