Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 49,150 and represented 1.78% of the total Oregon citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (24.35K), followed by Washington (23.25K), and Marion (19.81K).

In terms of percentages, Malheur had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (17.55%), followed by Morrow (12.84%), and Umatilla (11.70%).
