Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic Asian Alone citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 23,105 and represented 1.03% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Non-Hispanic Asian Alone citizen voting-age population (7.11K), followed by Johnson (2.28K), and Linn (1.68K).

In terms of percentages, Buena Vista had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Asian Alone (2.80%), followed by Jefferson (2.35%), and Polk (2.34%).
