Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Delaware was 902,495 and represented 137.62% of the total Delaware citizen voting-age population.

Among all Delaware counties, New Castle had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (86.80K), followed by Kent (26.81K), and Sussex (17.72K).
