Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 902,495 and represented 32.66% of the total Oregon citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (27.32K), followed by Washington (5.22K), and Lane (2.34K).
