Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 2,518,805 and represented 65.41% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (675.94K), followed by Ramsey (284.38K), and Dakota (249.74K).

In terms of percentages, Fillmore had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.79%), followed by Big Stone (98.43%), and Pope (98.38%).
