Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen population for Georgia was 9,213,725 and represented 93.92% of the total Georgia population.

Among all Georgia counties, Fulton had the highest citizen population (870.87K), followed by Gwinnett (702.49K), and Cobb (634.40K).

In terms of percentages, Clay had the highest percentage of its population being citizens (100.00%), followed by Quitman (100.00%), and Meriwether (99.89%).
