Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 2,725,750 and represented 72.00% of the total Oklahoma population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest citizen voting-age population (499.06K), followed by Tulsa (425.07K), and Cleveland (193.72K).

In terms of percentages, Greer had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (80.34%), followed by Alfalfa (80.26%), and Woods (80.06%).
