Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for Utah was 1,801,290 and represented 64.02% of the total Utah population.

Among all Utah counties, Salt Lake had the highest citizen voting-age population (672.79K), followed by Utah (321.19K), and Davis (198.88K).

In terms of percentages, Daggett had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (78.31%), followed by Grand (75.62%), and Kane (75.19%).
