Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for Wisconsin was 4,244,795 and represented 74.38% of the total Wisconsin population.

Among all Wisconsin counties, Milwaukee had the highest citizen voting-age population (670.37K), followed by Dane (367.22K), and Waukesha (291.77K).

In terms of percentages, Iron had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.32%), followed by Adams (82.35%), and Vilas (82.03%).
