The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (957.08K) and constituted 95.04% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (19.36K) and constituted 1.92% of the total.
