Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 913,605 and represented 25.30% of the total Colorado citizen voting-age population.

Among all Colorado counties, Denver had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (41.91K), followed by Arapahoe (35.71K), and El Paso (24.56K).

In terms of percentages, Bent had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (13.71%), followed by Lincoln (12.49%), and Denver (9.79%).
