Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Florida was 913,605 and represented 6.81% of the total Florida citizen voting-age population.

Among all Florida counties, Miami-Dade had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (271.21K), followed by Broward (267.52K), and Duval (175.00K).

In terms of percentages, Gadsden had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (55.46%), followed by Madison (37.47%), and Hamilton (35.36%).
