Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 913,605 and represented 32.67% of the total Oregon citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (27.23K), followed by Washington (5.50K), and Lane (2.39K).
