Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Wisconsin was 913,605 and represented 21.52% of the total Wisconsin citizen voting-age population.

Among all Wisconsin counties, Milwaukee had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (164.52K), followed by Dane (15.52K), and Racine (14.42K).

In terms of percentages, Milwaukee had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (24.54%), followed by Racine (10.16%), and Kenosha (5.99%).
