Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 2,530,325 and represented 70.08% of the total Colorado citizen voting-age population.

Among all Colorado counties, El Paso had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (348.86K), followed by Jefferson (343.47K), and Arapahoe (289.27K).

In terms of percentages, Custer had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (96.45%), followed by Kiowa (95.98%), and Hinsdale (95.71%).
